Théâtre Jean-Deschamps

The Jean-Deschamps theater is the name given since 2006 to the former grand theater of the Cité in the city of Carcassonne , in the department of Aude ( France ) . It was renamed in memory of the actor and director Jean Deschamps , a member of the Comédie-Française . This open-air theatre located in the heart of the city offers a privileged performance venue for the city festival which takes place every summer .
