It gives ample space to fantasy and describes interviews or imaginary scenes that are inspired (often literally) by the exploits of characters invented by Bob Dylan in his songs. The second part (larger body) is written instead in non-fiction form. It has the function of giving an articulated sense to the stream of consciousness of the first part and at the same time trying to give an interpretation of the lyrics of the Dylanian songs."
