BOB DYLAN THE BROADSIDE YEARS
"BROADSIDE magazine started in Greenwich Village, New York, in February 1962 with the lyrics to Dylan’s Talkin John Birch song printed on the inside.
Bob Dylan was at the forefront of a Cultural Revolution in the Village along with other artists. Bob Dylan and Broadside magazine promoted each other during this time, Dylan contributed lyrics to his songs and also sent in articles which gave an insight into his incredible journey in the Village to World fame.
This book contains many photocopied pages from the Broadside Magazine which over the years contained Dylan items, which include songs, letters from and about Dylan, critical reviews of his albums. No other Bob Dylan Book covers these articles in Broadside Magazine, a unique look into what was happening in Bob’s World in the Village."
