BILD, Germany
BILD (until the 1970s and colloquially still known as BILD-ZEITUNG) is the largest-circulation daily newspaper in Germany and was also the largest in Europe for a long time. The paid circulation is 890,362 copies, a decrease of 79.8 percent since 1998. The national tabloid has been published by Axel Springer Verlag in Berlin since June 1952.
