اکسیر  EXIR MAGAZINE

This magazine is from Iran.

اکسیر means 'Elixir'. اکسیر EXIR MAGAZINE (as noted on the front cover) is an Iranian Cultural, Literary and Art magazine designed by Studio Melli.

Below: December 2016. The full back cover, with binding on the right, is a Bob Dylan photo.
The front cover shows Mohammad-Reza Shajarian (1940 – 2020) who was an Iranian singer and master of Persian traditional music. He was also known for his skills in Persian calligraphy and humanitarian activities.
After coming out in support of the Iranian Green Movement and criticizing the Iranian government, he was banned from holding concerts and releasing music.

Thank you to Eric Galzi for the image and information.
