NEW MUSIC MAGAZINE, Japan

   NEW MUSIC MAGAZINE, popular monthly magazine launcheded in April 1969 by Toyo Nakamura, Koto Iizuka, and Ritsu Tagawa. It proposed a new type of 'music journalism' that not only simply introduces music, but also analyzes and critiques the background of music.
  NEW MUSIC MAGAZINE changed its name to MUSIC MAGAZINE in 1980.
  It is a sister to レコード・コレクターズ - RECORD COLLECTOR'S MAGAZINE.
