ÖP, Finland
ÖSTERBOTTNISKA POSTEN (ÖP) is the Swedish Ostrobothnian Youth Association's newspaper, distributed free of charge. It is written in Swedish, but published and distributed in Ostrobothnia, one of two Finnish regions with a Swedish-speaking majority (the other being the constitutionally monolingual province of Åland). Swedish-speakers make up 51.2% of the total population.
ÖP's role is to draw attention to the associations and monitor issues that are relevant to them.
