    Strange compilation indeed: the photo is the one used for THE TIMES THEY ARE A-CHANGIN'G', Bob Dylan's third (and not second) album, with only four songs from the album, and despite its title, only one song from the "second album", THE FREEWHEELIN' BOB DYLAN. The four others were not released at the date of this publication. This is actually the same selection of songs as the compilation THE TIMES THEY ARE A CHANGIN, minus Don't Think Twice, It's Allright.
