'THEY FURNISH ME WITH TAPE' series, 1982, Holland.
At that time, most collectors had their Dylan music on cassettes; these inlays aimed to help collectors to put some system in their collections. They came in packets of 50 copies with 4 different designs.
Unfortunately, there were no space left on the spines to indicate which recording it was! When filed on a shelf all the cassettes looked identical, and just read 'Bob Dylan'. A good idea, but badly realised...
