This is lot 473 of the 4 July 2023 Omega Auctions sale. It consists of "three folders, containing documentation relating to three Bob Dylan concerts in the Netherlands - 1993, 1995 and 1996. To inc: promo photos, 'chronology' issued by label, fax communications, riders, costings, contracts etc." Thank you to Jürgen Wasser who found this item on Internet.

In 1993 Bob Dylan performed in Netherlands from 15 February till 17: he gave 2 concerts in Utrecht and one in Eindhoven. In 1995 there were 3 concerts in March: on 18 in Groningen, on 19 in Kerkrade, and on 20 in Utrecht. In 1996 he performed twice in Utrecht again, on 20 and 21 June.

Below are some 1993 documents sent from the "L.A. office" to the Dutch Mojo Concerts, and transmited to JB Food in charge of the food supply. It carefully details what had to be prepared for "Dylan crew and the promoters employees only": very precise food and drinks, "in paper cups, no styrofoam products", for the bus, band and Dylan dressing rooms. Really no much room was left to improvisation!
