   USA, 1990s. This is an oddity: a mock-up of a never released book, apparently scheduled to come with one of Bob's 1990s albums.
   "This was created as a specimen only, in order to illustrate to the people at Columbia's graphic design department how the package should look like; the project never came to an end. There is no text inside, just a few representative pages (large photos of Bob Dylan in the 1960s, see below), and some fake cardboard pages". (Description and photos eBay seller).
